Systeme.io has four main plan levels, starting with a permanent Free tier and progressing through Startup, Webinar and Unlimited.
But choosing a plan isn't as simple as comparing contact limits.
Our interpretation of the limits confirmed by Systeme.io Support is that funnels, automation rules, workflows, campaigns, courses, domains and webinars can determine when you need to upgrade — sometimes long before you reach the contact limit.
For a new US customer, Systeme.io Support confirmed current standard monthly pricing of $0 for Free, $17 for Startup, $47 for Webinar and $97 for Unlimited. The current public pricing page is Systeme.io's authoritative public source.
Startup previously cost $27/month. Customers already subscribed under previous pricing may continue to see legacy pricing depending on their account. This does not change the current standard $17/month Startup price for a new US customer.
Systeme.io Pricing at a Glance
At the time of our September 2026 check, the main public pricing page listed:
| Plan | Monthly price | Contacts | Best suited to |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 2,000 | Testing and simple businesses |
| Startup | $17* | 5,000 | Small businesses needing more operating capacity |
| Webinar | $47 | 10,000 | Businesses needing webinars or substantially higher limits |
| Unlimited | $97 | Unlimited | Larger or more complex operations |
*$17/month is the current standard Startup price for a new US customer. Startup previously cost $27/month, and an existing customer may see legacy pricing associated with their account.
With two months free, the current monthly prices imply the following annual equivalents:
| Plan | 12 months paid monthly | Calculated annual equivalent | Calculated saving |
|---|---|---|---|
| Startup | $204 | $170 | $34 |
| Webinar | $564 | $470 | $94 |
| Unlimited | $1,164 | $970 | $194 |
These savings are our arithmetic based on the prices displayed on the main pricing page.

Student-capacity reconciliation: Our inspected account displayed a 500-student limit on Free. Systeme.io Support subsequently confirmed unlimited students as the current limit on all four plans. We do not know why the account snapshot differed. Account-specific displays can be checked under Settings → My plan.
Webinar-capacity reconciliation: Our inspected account displayed 10 webinars on the Webinar tier. Systeme.io Support subsequently confirmed unlimited evergreen webinars as the current plan limit. We do not know why the account snapshot differed.
Free: Best for Validation
Free isn't merely a short trial.
Systeme.io Support confirmed up to 2,000 contacts, three funnels, one custom domain, one online course and basic marketing automation, with unlimited students and emails.
Our editorial interpretation is that its most important restrictions aren't necessarily contacts.
Support confirmed only:
1 automation rule, 1 workflow and 1 email campaign.
Our inspected account also displayed one tag, although the support response did not address tags. In our assessment, a simple business can fit comfortably, while a more segmented marketing operation can outgrow these structural limits with far fewer than 2,000 contacts.
Our hands-on guide to the Free plan explains what those limits mean in practice.
Startup: More Operating Room
Startup is where the architecture becomes substantially less restrictive in the current limits confirmed by Support.
Support confirmed:
- 5,000 contacts;
- 10 funnels;
- 50 funnel steps;
- 10 automation rules;
- 5 workflows;
- 10 campaigns;
- 5 courses;
- 3 custom domains.
For many small businesses, the main reason to choose Startup may not be simply the extra 3,000 contacts.
Our interpretation is that the higher limits provide room to operate several campaigns, automations and assets instead of one basic setup.
Webinar: A Genuine Feature Boundary
Systeme.io Support confirmed substantially higher capacity on Webinar:
- 10,000 contacts;
- 50 funnels;
- 300 funnel steps;
- 100 automation rules;
- 20 workflows;
- 100 campaigns.
More importantly, Support confirmed unlimited evergreen webinars on this tier while Free and Startup include zero.
In our assessment, that makes Webinar a clear plan boundary for a business that needs this feature, rather than just a capacity upgrade.
Unlimited: Remove the Capacity Problem
The highest tier removes the displayed numerical limits across the matrix we inspected.
At $97/month on the current main pricing page, it makes the most sense when managing multiple limits has itself become a recurring problem.
A small business shouldn't choose Unlimited simply because it sounds safer.
If Startup comfortably accommodates your operation, paying for unused unlimited capacity doesn't improve the economics.
Which Systeme.io Plan Should You Choose?
A better approach than choosing by plan name is to identify the first resource your actual business will exceed.
| Example | Likely minimum tier | Why |
|---|---|---|
| One simple funnel and email sequence | Free | Fits basic limits |
| Four funnels | Startup | Free allows 3 |
| Several campaigns/automations | Startup | Free marketing limits are restrictive |
| 3,000 contacts | Startup | Free allows 2,000 |
| More than 5 workflows | Webinar | Startup allows 5 |
| Evergreen webinar operation | Webinar | Lower tiers display 0 webinars |
| More than 10,000 contacts | Unlimited | Webinar caps contacts at 10,000 |
| Repeatedly hitting several limits | Unlimited | Removes capacity management |
The practical rule is:
Choose the cheapest plan that accommodates the system you actually need.
Don't pay for theoretical future complexity.
What About the $10,000 Free-Plan Revenue Limit?
Our September account audit displays:
Revenue from sales limit: $10,000 on Free
and:
Unlimited on all paid tiers.
We have not generated $10,000 through the test account, so we haven't independently verified what happens at the threshold.
We therefore don't claim that Systeme.io automatically blocks sales at exactly $10,000.
We can verify only that the limit is currently displayed in the account.
Monthly or Annual?
If you're already confident you'll use Systeme.io for a year, annual billing is mathematically cheaper at the prices currently displayed.
But a new user doesn't necessarily need to make that commitment immediately.
Because a permanent Free tier exists, you can first build and test a real system before deciding whether annual billing makes sense.
Our Pricing Verdict
Free is the logical starting point for validation and simple operations.
Startup is primarily an upgrade in operating flexibility, not merely contact capacity.
Webinar becomes compelling when you need substantially higher limits or webinars.
Unlimited is for operations where multiple capacity limits have become recurring constraints.
The strongest pricing characteristic of Systeme.io isn't any single price.
It's the ability to start at $0 and upgrade only when a specific operating limit gives you a reason to pay.
